GRAND OPENING, MARCH 7, 2026 IN GOLD CANYON, AZ!
Quiet the Mind. Open the Heart.

MindSage Flow is a meditation studio and curated art gallery designed as a space for clarity, creativity, and meaningful pause. It's a place where mindful practice and creative expression coexist — where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and experience both inner and outer inspiration.
The meditation studio offers guided practices rooted in mindfulness, presence, and nervous system regulation. Sessions are accessible, grounding, and designed to meet people where they are — whether they are navigating stress, transition, burnout, or simply seeking quiet and clarity.
The art gallery features thoughtfully curated work from local and regional artists. Each piece is chosen not just for aesthetic beauty, but for the way it invites reflection, emotion, and connection. The art is meant to be experienced slowly and thoughtfully — as part of the same intentional rhythm as the meditation practice.
MindSage Flow exists at the intersection of stillness and creativity.
Mind represents clarity, awareness, and the ability to see life as it is.
Sage reflects wisdom, intuition, and insight that comes from lived experience and conscious practice.
Flow is the natural state that emerges when we are aligned — when life feels guided rather than forced, and when effort gives way to ease.
Together, the studio and gallery create a shared environment where people can sit, breathe, reflect, browse, and simply be. Some visitors may come primarily for meditation. Others will be drawn by the art. Many may discover that both experiences deepen one another.
The space is intentionally unhurried. Our invitation is simply to arrive and allow clarity and creativity to unfold in their own time.

I am a Certified Meditation Instructor, lifelong spiritual seeker, and someone who believes deeply in intentional living, awareness, and compassion. My path has woven together years of corporate leadership and problem-solving with a deep personal commitment to spiritual practice and inner work.
For more than a decade, I have studied across multiple traditions, spent extended time in monasteries and retreat centers, and immersed myself in meditation practices and trainings that cultivate clarity, compassion, and emotional resilience. These experiences have shaped a grounded, balanced approach that honors both practical life and inner awareness.
My background in structured, professional environments allows me to meet people where they are, while my spiritual foundation helps create experiences that feel meaningful without being overwhelming or dogmatic.
MindSage Flow is a shared space. Alongside meditation, the studio features a curated gallery of work from a rotating group of artists whose creativity and perspectives help shape the energy of the space. I am genuinely excited to bring together a variety of artists and provide a setting where their work can be experienced slowly, thoughtfully, and with appreciation.
MindSage is a place to pause, explore, and reconnect — whether that means joining a guided meditation, spending time with art, or simply being in a space that invites stillness.
If you are seeking calm, clarity, creativity, or a deeper sense of connection, you are welcome here.
There is no expectation to believe anything specific or to arrive in any particular way. Just come as you are.
If you feel drawn toward a quieter, more intentional way of being, I would be honored to share the space with you. Be sure to keep an eye on our Community page for a variety of upcoming events.
Through guided meditation, quiet reflection, grounding practices, and simple tools for awareness, I support individuals in finding clarity, easing mental noise, and creating space for insight and healing.
My approach is gentle, supportive, and accessible. Nothing is forced. Nothing is rushed. Everything is rooted in presence, respect, and the belief that each person already carries the wisdom they are seeking.
The studio itself reflects this philosophy. It is intentionally designed to feel calm and open, with dedicated space for meditation, art, and quiet presence.
My approach is not tied to a single religion or belief system. Instead, it is shaped by years of study and practice across a wide range of traditions, including mindfulness meditation, Zen practice, compassion-based teachings, devotional and gratitude-centered practices, silent retreat work, women’s circles, and intuitive and energetic approaches to healing and self-awareness.
In practical terms, my training includes:
-Practices that cultivate calm, focused attention
-Techniques that strengthen emotional resilience and clarity
-Mindfulness tools woven into everyday life
-Breathwork, reflection, and contemplative practice
-Silent meditation and retreat-based work
-Facilitating group spaces rooted in respect, safety, and connection
Together, these inform a universal, inclusive approach that welcomes people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
I believe that people thrive when they are given space to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
I believe there is a shared, universal presence that connects us all, known by many names across cultures and traditions. Different language, same essence.
I believe that awareness, intention, and compassion have the power to change how we experience our lives, our work, and our relationships.
I believe that our bodies and minds carry deep wisdom, especially when we listen, rest, and create room for stillness.
Above all, I believe life is meant to be lived with presence, curiosity, and an open heart.
I currently guide mindfulness and meditation practices virtually and in-person at our Gold Canyon, AZ MindSage Meditation Studio. I also offer corporate onsites and multi-day retreats in Arizona, New Mexico and Colorado.
Please contact me for details on guided sessions, retreat schedules, or private sessions.
Full offerings will be posted in February for 2026.
